Some of the proposed solutions are very suitable for families or friends who want to spend their holidays together, keeping distinct spaces in moments of privacy. In the case of renting two apartments there is a special 10% discount on both.

In case of monthly rent there is a special discount of 10%.

GENERAL CONDITIONS:

• Smoking is not allowed in the house and in the Villetta Bianca&Acquamarina, not even on the veranda

• Pets not allowed

• Weekly rental period: from Saturday to Saturday (negotiable)

• Check-in: 4-6pm , with telephone confirmation when you are about an hour before your expected arrival time.

• Check-out: by 10 am

 

It is possible to leave luggage in storage, agreeing on the scheduled times.

If there are needs for arrival / departure times and / or periods of stay other than the pre-established standard, it is possible to request any changes to be agreed from time to time based on the other reservations of previous and subsequent guests.

Long-term rental possibility.

We are available to agree on the best possible planning to meet the needs of our guests, compatibly with all existing bookings.

PAYMENT:

To confirm the reservation you need:

• a deposit   equal to 30% of the rental price

• a copy of the identity document of the booker

Payment of:

• balance of the rent (= rent less the deposit)

• cleaning costs

• linen costs

• City tax

it must be done by the check-in date or in cash upon check-in, as agreed.

A copy of the documents of adult guests must be delivered or sent by e-mail / WhatsApp by the check-in date, in order to allow the registrations required by current regulations.

• 01/06/2026 - 15/06/2026:  1 umbrella with 2 sunbeds and 2 breakfasts, €15/day

• 16/06/2026 - 30/06/2026: 1 umbrella with 2 sunbeds and 2 breakfasts, €20/day

• 01/09/2026 - 15/09/2026:  1 umbrella with 2 sunbeds and 2 breakfasts, €15/day

• 16/09/2026 - 30/09/2026:  1 umbrella with 2 sunbeds and 2 breakfasts, €10/day

   Breakfast consists of 1 hot or cold drink + 1 breakfast dessert.
